At Peter Pan, we understand that parenting is a journey best taken together. Our parent cooperative model fosters a strong sense of community, allowing families to connect, share experiences, and support one another. We offer a wealth of parent education opportunities, empowering you with the knowledge and skills to navigate the early years of your child's development. From workshops to discussions, we ensure that you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Our play-based curriculum is designed to engage children in hands-on learning experiences that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills. With a low adult-to-child ratio of 1:4, your child will receive personalized attention and guidance as they explore, discover, and play in a safe and inclusive environment. We welcome children from two to six years of age, and we understand that every child is unique—potty training is not a requirement for enrollment!
We follow the Oakland Unified School District’s school calendar, with our school day running from 9 am to 12 noon. We also offer an optional PM Program from 12 noon to 2:45 pm for families seeking extended care. Our diverse community is enriched by families from various racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, creating a vibrant tapestry of experiences and perspectives.
